At GreenPan, we want you to love your healthy ceramic nonstick cookware, which is why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within three months of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your GreenPan products in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
